How to Become a Breathwork Coach

How to become a breathwork coach can be the missing link for many coaches, teachers and healers as it is an incredibly accessible tool that facilitates profound shifts in consciousness. It can also be used as a stand alone practice for people that want to deepen their healing journey. This course will give you all of the tools and knowledge that you need to confidently guide others through breathwork.

The course is delivered via pre-recorded videos that you can take at your own pace, written documents and monthly live Q&A calls with our founder & lead teacher, Rachel and her assistant, Lucy. The training also includes 5 weekly free breathwork journeys that you can attend and a massive learning library of recorded breathwork sessions and master classes on every theme you can imagine. The community will be a huge asset throughout your training and it is required that you offer and receive both group and one-on-one breathwork sessions to fulfill graduation requirements.

It’s important to remember that coaching is a holistic process and not just about breathing. You’ll need to be able to support your clients with the other tools in their toolbox, such as nutrition and movement.

The daily life of a breathwork coach will look different for each person as it depends on their clientele and schedule, but it’s likely that they will start their day by checking in with themselves and setting an intention for the day. From there, they will spend time connecting with their clients, either in person or over the phone/video call. Then they’ll provide them with the resources, support and encouragement that they need to achieve their goals and continue growing in a healthy way.
